Outlook clients not updating oab

A status window will open to indicate that the download is in progress and will close automatically when the download is complete.

In Cached Exchange Mode, Outlook 2007 & 2010 downloads a local copy of the Global Address List (GAL), but only updates it every 24 hours.

In order to reflect any changes or updates made to the Global Address List, you can force Outlook to download a new copy of the GAL.

Why, when I initiate a "Download Address Book" it doesn't pick up the newly added user?

How can I initiate a manual and immediate sync of the OAB either from the server or from the client? The only way i am aware of is: Remove outlook from cached mode Download Address Book and the new objects should be seen, return to cached mode...
